Zoning & Conditions
Occupancy is limited to two persons per bedroom or as determined by the fire marshal. Operators must provide one off-street parking space per bedroom, as overnight street parking for guests is strictly prohibited. Permits may be suspended if three substantiated complaints are received within a 12-month period.
How to Obtain a Permit
1. Submit a completed, notarized application with a $150 fee, site plan, floor plans, and proof of $1M liability insurance to the Planning and Zoning Department. 2. Complete a 15-day zoning posting period and a subsequent fire marshal inspection. 3. Upon approval, pay remaining fees to receive a Business License and Certificate of Operation; permits must be renewed annually by December 31.
