How to Obtain a Permit
1) Submit a short-term rental permit application to the Planning Department with the nonrefundable fee, site plan, proof of $1M liability insurance, and a notarized safety affidavit. 2) The City Planner will notify neighbors within 1,200 feet and may require a safety inspection. 3) Upon approval, the permit is issued for one year and must be renewed annually with updated insurance and inspection proof.
