How to Obtain a Permit
1) Apply for a conditional use permit through the Borough (Planning Commission review and Borough Assembly public hearing are required per the zoning code). 2) If granted, permit is issued for a two-year term, is non-transferable and expires on sale/transfer; apply for renewal 90 days prior to expiration. 3) Operators must comply with Borough and State regulations and collect/remit the Borough TAVRT (8% lodging tax).
