1) Register the business with the Town Clerk’s Office via the Town’s business registration portal at least 15 business days prior to commencing operations. 2) Pay the one-time $60 registration fee (for new businesses) and undergo administrative review, which may include zoning review or inspections. 3) Receive the registration certificate, which remains valid until a change in ownership or substantial change in the business occurs.
