How to Obtain a Permit
(1) Complete and submit the City’s short-term residential registration/permit application (form available via the City’s Planning & Zoning page or the City STR portal) including owner and emergency contact info and proof of a valid transaction privilege tax license; (2) Pay the stated non-refundable annual fee ($150 per calendar year as shown on City materials); (3) City will issue or deny within 7 business days after a complete application; permits are valid for the calendar year and must be renewed January 1 each year.
