Owners must designate a contact representative and update registration annually. Notably, ADUs and JADUs are generally prohibited from being rented for terms of less than 30 days.
How to Obtain a Permit
1) Submit a completed registration form to the County’s Housing & Community Development Department (HCD) in the prescribed format. 2) Pay the annual registration fee and obtain a county business license if required. 3) Designate a Contact Representative and update the registration annually by July 1.
