Short-term rentals (stays of 30 days or less) are allowed as either Homestays or Vacation Rentals. Operators must designate a 24-hour complaint and emergency contact who lives within 30 minutes of the rental and is available by phone 24/7. Maximum occupancy must be specified on the permit application.
How to Obtain a Permit
1. Complete the Administrative Use Permit application for Short Term Rentals. 2. Submit the application along with the required fee ($352.14) and a site plan. 3. Provide documentation for a 24-hour emergency contact living within 30 minutes of the property.
