How to Obtain a Permit
Submit a Zoning Compliance Review application including three copies of a site plan, a recorded deed, a Nuisance Response Plan, and applicable fees to the Community Development Department. Once approved, the permit is valid for one year; renewal applications must be filed at least 30 days prior to expiration and include updated rental records.
