How to Obtain a Permit
1) Submit a Temporary Use Permit application via the City’s online Land Use & Development portal at least 10 days prior to the start date, including a site plan and activity description. 2) Obtain a City lodging/sales tax license through the Finance Department; the fee is included in the standard city sales tax license.
