Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are ineligible, and advertising must display permit and business license numbers.
How to Obtain a Permit
1) Submit a completed Short-Term Rental Permit application and fee to the Community Development Department. 2) Obtain a City Business and Sales Tax License and execute a Short-Term Rental Affidavit. 3) Schedule and pass a Building Department inspection; permits are valid for two years and expire at the end of odd-numbered years.
