How to Obtain a Permit
The application window for permits is currently closed. Eligible existing STRs (operating prior to March 8, 2023) were required to submit an application to the City Clerk, provide proof of tax remittance for the previous 3 years, and pay a $100 application fee plus a $50 license fee.
