How to Obtain a Permit
1) Complete the New Short-Term Rental License Application and submit required documents: notarized Short-Term Rental Self-Compliance Affidavit, Short-Term Rental Registered Agent & Owner Authorization Form, and signed Good Neighbor Guidelines. 2) Submit the application packet and payment to the Town (new application PDF and renewal form available on Town site / forms portal) and display the issued license number on all advertising.
