How to Obtain a Permit
1) Create a registered portal account on the Collier County GMD Public Portal (CityView) and complete/submit the Short-Term Vacation Rental Registration Application online, uploading the current Florida DBPR vacation rental license and evidence of a Collier County TDT account; 2) Applications are reviewed and, upon acceptance, a payment slip is issued on the portal (registration/change fee is $50.00); 3) Maintain current owner and Designated Responsible Party information and notify the County within 10 business days of any changes.
