Operators must ensure dwellings do not violate zoning, building, housing, density, or fire safety codes.
How to Obtain a Permit
1) Complete the Vacation Rental Application Packet and submit it with required documents in person or by mail to the Planning & Zoning Division. 2) Obtain a local business tax receipt and Certificate of Use, and provide a Municipal Lien Search ($100 fee). 3) Pay the $530 renewal fee (includes inspection); licenses expire September 30 and must be renewed by October 31 annually.
