A local 24-hour rental agent must be designated, and certain properties in the RM-25 district are prohibited from operating as rentals.
How to Obtain a Permit
1) Submit a Business Tax Receipt (BTR) application and a separate Rental Certificate application for each unit with required documentation (floor plan, parking sketch, owner ID, and proof of Waste-Pro account). 2) Pay the applicable fees (e.g., $775 for a Vacation Certificate plus inspection fees). 3) Pass required zoning, building, and fire inspections before the certificate is issued and the property is advertised.
