A Class B local business tax receipt is required for each rental location; however, infrequent rentals (3 or fewer times per year for 30 days or less) only require a Class A receipt. Proof of a valid Florida DBPR state license is required prior to issuance.
How to Obtain a Permit
1) Download and complete the County Local Business Tax application form. 2) Submit the application along with the applicable payment and proof of a valid Florida DBPR state license via mail or at a Tax Collector Service Center. 3) The Business Tax Receipt will be mailed within 5-7 business days.
