1) Submit a Short Term Rental Business License application to the Hall County Business License Department (in-person or via email); 2) County reviews application (1–3 business days) and forwards to Building Inspections; schedule and pass a Building Inspection ($75) and, if occupancy is 16+, Fire Marshal inspection; 3) Complete payment and receive license documents from the Business License Department.
