1) Complete the Application for Short Term Rental and attach a copy of the property deed, the STVR information worksheet, and confirmation of E-911 markers. 2) Submit the application and attachments in PDF format via email to mthompson@fannincountyga.org or in person to the Lodging Department. 3) Pay the required fee ($225 for a new certificate).
