Short-term rentals are allowed only in lawfully built residential dwelling units, including all or a portion of the owner’s primary residence and accessory dwellings; they are prohibited in recreational vehicles, structures not intended for permanent human occupancy, and as event/meeting/wedding venues. Maximum overnight occupancy: two persons per sleeping area (excluding children five and younger), not to exceed ten persons; a sign must be posted on site stating it is a registered short-term rental, the address, approved maximum occupancy, quiet hours (10:00 PM–7:00 AM), and a 24-hour owner contact number.
