1) Submit a complete Short-term Rental license application on the City form supplying owner and local agent contact info, property address, bedroom count, parking diagram, signed certifications (smoke/CO detectors, insurance, providing Good Visitor Guide, parking schematic), and pay the application fee as set in the City fee schedule; 2) Initial licenses are processed first-come, first-served; applications are deemed complete by City designee (applicants will be notified within 3 business days if incomplete); if compliant and a license is available the City shall approve the license; 3) Initial license term covers remainder of the calendar year plus two additional calendar years; renewals processed annually Nov 1–Dec 31; transfers of property void license.
