1) Complete and submit the Itasca County Short-Term Rental License Application to Itasca County Environmental Services; 2) Include required documents: completed application, copy of valid Certificate of SSTS Compliance, accredited lab water test results meeting MDH requirements, and a site plan; 3) Pay the stated fee ($450; $100 if valid MDH license), license covers three years and must be renewed by January 1 prior to rental activity.
