How to Obtain a Permit
1. Submit an application via the official online portal (Town or County) including required forms (Zoning Clearance, Fire Dept requirements). 2. Provide proof of life-safety/fire inspections and, for the Town, proof of mailing notice to neighbors within 200 feet. 3. Pay applicable fees ($1,000 permit fee in Town) and renew annually by September 30th.
