Zoning & Conditions
Short-term rentals (under six continuous months) require a permit unless the unit is the renter's primary residence. Vacant parcels and commercial events are prohibited. Maximum occupancy is two people per bedroom plus two, and off-street parking must provide at least one space per bedroom.
How to Obtain a Permit
1) Submit the STR Permit application with a $300 fee and required documents (deed, plot plan, septic records, and water test results within 30 days). 2) Schedule and pass an inspection by the Codes & Zoning Enforcement Officer (CZEO). 3) Upon approval, the CZEO issues a four-year, non-transferable permit.
