How to Obtain a Permit
1) Submit an official STR permit application to the Code Enforcement Officer with required attachments (site plan, rental agreement, insurance, and safety affidavit) and pay the fee. 2) Complete a safety/compliance inspection or provide the required affidavit. 3) Upon approval, the permit is issued for a two-year term and must be renewed 30 days before expiration.
