1) Apply for a Short-Term Rental Permit via Onslow County’s Short-Term Rental portal (GovOS/MuniRevs) prior to advertising/renting; 2) Register and remit Room Occupancy Tax through Onslow County’s GovOS (Munirevs) occupancy-tax portal as instructed by the county; 3) Submit required applications/forms to the Onslow County Permitting office (Permitting@onslowcountync.gov) as applicable.
