Town code (Zoning Ch. 157) permits one-, two-, and multi-family dwellings to be used as 'vacation rental homes' provided they consist of a minimum of two overnight stays. Transient occupancy of less than two nights is expressly prohibited. Prohibited uses for transient occupancy include clubhouses, lodges, and private clubs.
