Zoning & Conditions
Hosts must be the owner or permanent occupant (primary residence). Occupancy is limited to two individuals per bedroom, and off-street parking must be provided at one vehicle per two bedrooms. Hosts must maintain at least $300,000 in liability insurance and comply with the city admissions tax.
How to Obtain a Permit
Submit an application to the Building Commissioner using the approved forms via the City's Citizenserve online portal. Provide required documentation including proof of identity and residency/ownership, and pay the fee specified in Section 185.04(f)(1). Permits must be renewed annually by December 31.
