How to Obtain a Permit
1) Complete the VRH Application Packet and submit it to City Hall with the $250 permit fee and an Occupational License application. 2) Provide required documentation including owner info, local contact details, a parking diagram, and septic/perk tests if applicable. 3) Pass a building inspection to receive a Certificate of Occupancy; permits must be renewed annually by July 1 for a $100 fee.
