STRs are allowed in all zoning districts but require a license. Maximum occupancy is limited to 8 guests (further restricted by square footage per Title 55). A local contact must respond within one hour, and the license number must be displayed in all advertisements; parties and events are strictly prohibited.
How to Obtain a Permit
1) Apply online via the City's registration portal (secure.hostcompliance.com/tulsa-ok/permit-registration). 2) Pay the $375 total fee ($75 license + $300 compliance) and provide property/contact details. 3) Renew annually by June 30 and remit 5% lodging tax monthly if the property has 5 or more rooms.
