Short-term rentals are primarily regulated as bed-and-breakfasts, which are restricted to owner-occupied single-family detached dwellings where the owner is present during the stay. B&B homes are limited to 5 guest rooms and 10 guests for periods not exceeding one week, and guest rooms may not have cooking facilities. Standard rental registration for the township expressly excludes leases of less than 30 days.
