1) Obtain a short-term home rental zoning permit (issued to the owner) and obtain the separate short-term rental license; 2) File the Borough short-term rental registration form annually (initial fee $250 per unit includes initial inspection; annual renewal fee $150 per unit due by May 1; additional inspection fees explicitly stated); 3) Comply with inspections, safety equipment list, posting license in unit, and provide/update local contact information with Borough.
