Additional constraints: maximum one STR per qualifying lot; occupancy limited by International Building Code square-footage standards; parking governed by ADU ordinance and traffic code; noise prohibited from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.; a door-posted notice to occupants is required.
