All guest parking must be contained on the subject property, and a map of boundaries and emergency exits must be posted inside the unit.
How to Obtain a Permit
1. Submit a completed Short-Term Rental Application to the County Clerk including proof of ownership, site plan with parking, floor plan, and proof of insurance. 2. Schedule and pass inspections by both the Building Inspector and the Fire Chief. 3. Pay the required fees and obtain the license, which must be renewed annually before January 1st.
