1) Submit a completed Short Term Rental Application to the County Clerk or Planning & Zoning department including proof of ownership, a scaled site plan with parking, proof of insurance, and a scaled floor plan. 2) Provide required details such as the local responsible party contact, Utah sales tax number, and zone designation. 3) Pay the applicable business license fees and, once issued, post the license in a conspicuous place within the unit; licenses must be renewed annually before January 1.
