Minimum contract rental period is 18 hours; events are prohibited; parking must be on the property or immediately adjacent unless in CB-C or TW-C.
How to Obtain a Permit
1) Submit the Short-Term Rental Permit application to the Director of Planning & Zoning with a $300 fee; neighbors within 300 feet are notified, and if 33% object, the permit is denied. 2) Schedule and pass a Certificate of Occupancy inspection ($50 fee). 3) Obtain Zoning Clearance ($20 fee), register with the Commissioner of Revenue for lodging tax, and renew the permit annually by January 1 ($50 fee).
