Zoning & Conditions
STRs are divided into Residential Accessory (max 180 days/year; operator must reside 185 days/year) and Commercial Whole House. Occupancy is capped at 8 guests for detached homes and 4 for attached/multi-family units (10 for Commercial Whole House); one additional off-street parking space is required.
How to Obtain a Permit
1) Complete the Zoning Permit application packet including a parking exhibit and floor plan. 2) Apply online via the LandMARC portal (Zoning Only-Residential) and pay the $165 fee. 3) Provide inspection access to the Zoning Administrator and renew registration annually by July 1.
