Occupancy is limited to two persons per bedroom plus two (maximum 8 guests). Stays for non-owners are capped at 30 consecutive days. Guest vehicles are limited to the number of bedrooms, on-street parking is prohibited, and the property must maintain its residential character without on-site advertising.
How to Obtain a Permit
1) Complete the City short-term/vacation rental site application and submit it to the City Clerk. 2) Provide a copy of the required Wisconsin State Tourist Rooming House license. 3) Pay the biennial license fee as determined by Council resolution.
